DESIGN
Here at next metal engineering, we work from any standard architectural plan or engineering drawing our customers supply to create design-build specifications for custom metal fabrication projects. This involves producing shop drawings that break metal fabrication designs down into component parts so that we can begin to visualize the fabrication process.
We prefer to work with Revit, AutoCad and solid work files, but are happy to accommodate files from any software system.
FABRICATION
At Next metal engineering, we’re well versed in the codes and requirements that govern custom metal fabrication. Familiar with Australian standard, we provide quality products and supporting documentation every step of the way.
FINISHING
Hot-Dip Galvanizing
Typically, we do hot-dip galvanizing after a structure or sub-assembly requiring it has been put together. On the other hand, we can also order galvanized material and fabricate with it — an approach we often take when making outdoor industrial ladders and stairs.
Metal Powder Coating
For metal fabrication work that requires more decorative finishing, we offer powder coating, which delivers a softer finish. More of an aesthetic process, powder coating is a good way to finish decorative hand railing or fences.
Stainless Steel Polishing Finish: 304 and 316 SS
For most of outdoor balustrade, stainless steel is commonly used due to its various of advantages such like highly durable,easy to maintain,highly affordable, aesthetically pleasing, variety of designs.
INSTALLATION
At next metal engineering, our experienced installation crew will make sure the installation process happens fast and efficient by accommodating various site conditions, also the installation work will be adhering to SWMS from day to day basis.
